Susquehanna Woodcrafters Return/Refund Policy

Thank you (Customer) for purchasing our product(s} at www.susquehannawoodcrafters.com operated by Susquehanna Woodcrafters.

Susquehanna Woodcrafters will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 calendar days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.  Should Susquehanna Woodcrafters received the item damaged, we will document the damage with photographs and email the photos to the customer.  It will be the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the carrier and receive payment of the product from the carrier not Susquehanna Woodcrafters

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping and insurance

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed . We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

(Susquehanna Woodcrafters) will refund the value of the undamaged goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS

We sell custom made handcrafted wood products. As such, custom made products cannot be returned for refund or exchange.  Should a custom made item become damaged during shipping we will only replace the item for you the Customer.  The Customer must email us at supportsw@susquehannawoodcrafters.com, within 7 calendar days of receipt of the damaged item.  The title of the email must read “Shipping Damage”.  In the email please provide us with the following information:

Customer Name
Address
Phone Number
email address
Order Number
Photo of the box as received from the shipper
Photo of the damaged item
Photos of the areas damaged

Once we receive the above information,  we will contact the shipper for their acceptance of damage during shipment. After receiveingthe shipper’s acceptance for the damage, we will start make Customer’s product.  In some cases, the shipper could require return of the item.  In that case we will make every effort to have the shipper pay for the return shipping charges.  If the shipping company wants the item returned and they are paying for the return shipping we will provide them with Customer’s email address so they can email you a return shipping label.  Failure to return the items required by and to the shipping company, will not be replaced by Susquehanna Woodcrafters.  Should the shipping company refuse to pay for return shipping charges, the Customer agrees to pay for the return shipping and insurance charges.  Susquehanna Woodcrafters will not refund the shipping and insurance charges for the returned item.

After the 7-day period you will no longer be eligible to receive a replacement.
